Before you go
Gates open before kick-off, and kick-off times vary from match to match. The time printed on your ticket is the one that counts, so arrive early to find your seat.
Bring a valid photo ID together with your mobile ticket in the Platinumlist app. Have both ready at the turnstile to keep the queue moving.
Not permitted inside the stadium: professional cameras, outside food and drink, and flags on poles.
Matches are family-friendly. Every guest needs their own ticket, so book a seat for each member of your group.
Most stadiums have parking on site. Arrive early, as the approach roads fill up close to kick-off.
